Document Creation

Early on I created a simple game design canvas, which could be used to explain the concept quickly to new members of the team.

While game design document could do the same job, a canvas is a more simple and less overwhelming, compared document of multiple pages.

During meetings I also update our official trello board with tasks. This helps keeping others on board, and helps other team members in collaborating together by seeing others assigned to same task.
